✨ FEEDBACK ON YOUR FEEDBACK ✨

Thank you so much to everyone who’s taken the time to share feedback on Fantasy Con Scotland!

Here’s a little update on what we’ve heard so far - and what we’d keep or tweak if we go ahead in 2026:

🛡️ Scotland Forever
We’re a Scottish company and our events will always stay in Scotland. That’s a promise.

🍻 18+ Only
Not a single soul wanted the event to go all ages - the over 18’s vibe seemed to be a big win, and we’re glad you felt the freedom to let loose and have fun without the kids in tow.

🎭 Quests & NPCs
The quests were a hit, but we know it wasn’t always easy to spot who was “official.” Some of you even showed up with your own quests (amazing, chaotic energy). Next time, we’d make NPCs easier to identify and refine the system so there’s less confusion.

📸 Photo Requests
A few asked for more photographers - and we get it! But while your photos are free to you, they’re not free for us. Two photo booths are already a big investment, and we feel that’s the sweet spot for now.

🕒 Schedule Visibility
The schedule was showing on screens throughout the corridors, but with rotating slides, it was easy to miss. We won’t be printing timings in the event guides (last-minute changes happen too often), but we’ll explore better solutions - maybe an app like we use at Horror Con Scotland.

🧥 Cloakroom
We did have one - but it was unmanned. In the future, we’ll look into staffing it properly, but this would need to come with a small charge for items.
