Since launching my Etsy, these little mini wreaths have quickly become one of everyone’s favourites 🌿✨

I completely understand why — they’re such a lovely way to add a natural, cosy touch to your home, and every single one is handmade with care using dried florals and natural textures.

Seeing how much people love them has also made me realise what a beautiful community workshop activity they would be. Imagine spending an afternoon learning how to create your own wreath, getting creative, meeting new people, and making something genuinely special to take home 🤍

Building creative spaces where people can learn, make, and connect is something I’m really passionate about, and I’d love to grow more workshops within the community over the coming months.

Bloom Together has always been about creating, connecting, and making space for people to come together 🌿

Everything I make comes from that place—and now it’s growing into something more.

I’ve launched **By Thread & Bloom** on Etsy 🤍

I’ll be creating made-to-order wedding and event florals—bouquets, details, and pieces designed to feel personal, thoughtful, and lasting. I work mainly with high-quality artificial and preserved florals, focusing on shape, texture, and creating something that holds its feeling long after the day itself.

A big part of this is that the shop helps support Bloom Together. A portion of what I make will go back into running more community workshops and creative sessions around Nottingham.

So every order helps keep that going 🌿

Thank you to everyone who’s been part of Bloom Together so far—this is very much an extension of it.

🌸 Bloom Together for Women’s Health 🌸

Take some time for yourself this International Women’s Day and join Thread & Bloom for a special Bloom Together workshop, delivered in partnership with Nottingham Women’s Centre.

On 7th March, we’ll be creating beautiful floral buttonholes in a relaxed, welcoming space — a chance to slow down, connect with others, and celebrate strength, care, and community through creativity.

Using the language of flowers, you’re invited to share your story, your experiences, or simply what care and wellbeing mean to you. For anyone who wishes, there will also be the opportunity to share thoughts that could help shape more comfortable and inclusive women’s healthcare.

No pressure, no expectations — just a gentle space to create, reflect, and connect.

At Thread & Bloom, our community projects are funded in a very simple way — through making beautiful things for meaningful moments 🤍

I create and sell handmade wedding accessories such as floral hair pieces, flower girl baskets, buttonholes, ring pillows and more. Every order helps directly support the workshops, seasonal projects and creative spaces we offer the community.

Clifton has been losing its safe spaces… so I’m creating one.
A gentle, creative community group built for women who need connection, softness, and somewhere to breathe.

A calm, craft-based community circle.
Soft social time, guided creativity, grounding, and connection — without pressure.

✨ Bloom Together
Workshops focused on creativity, stories, and petals.
One-off events that dive a little deeper.

Both live here, under Thread & Bloom — a space for community, care, and creativity.

I’m currently securing a venue in Clifton and building the first programme.

🌸 Bloom Together at the Festival of Resistance 🌸

Today Bloom Together was part of the Festival of Resistance in partnership with the Nottingham Women’s Centre — and what an incredible day it was. 💖

People came and went throughout the day, sharing stories, creating, and connecting in their own time. Every story of resistance was inspiring, and every person who stopped by brought their own light and strength to the space. You were all truly inspiring. 🌿

I’m so grateful for everyone who helped the space come alive — for the warmth, the courage, and the sense of solidarity that filled the room. The event was such a beautiful reminder of what community can do when we come together. 🌸

🌸 We’re launching Bloom Together this Saturday at the Festival of Resistance! 🌸

In partnership with Nottingham Women's Centre, this event celebrates growth, connection, and collective strength — one flower at a time.

While Bloom Together is about stopping hate through understanding and empathy, this event focuses on women’s resistance to patriarchy — standing together in creativity, care, and defiance. It’s a space to honour the voices, labour, and solidarity of women who continue to resist and reshape the world around them.

Planning and preparations are well underway (as you can see 👀) and we can’t wait to share this space with everyone. Come add your flower, your story, and your voice 🌼
