💔 Feeling broken, lost and like an alien
💔 Nightmares, hallucinations and sleepless nights
💔 Fuelled by booze and coffee
💔 Relational trauma and crippling fear of intimacy

Truth. You can read all of the Leadership books, listen to the podcasts and train in all the Leadership models, but it is changing NOTHING if the Leader has zero of the following;
