Sunday is shaping up rather nicely. 😍

Davinia Taylor will be joining us for BALANCE on Sunday 20th September, bringing her huge passion for health and wellness to Ampthill Great Park.

She’ll be sitting down with Brandon Block for a live conversation about wellness, sharing experiences, ideas and no doubt a few stories along the way.

And judging by this message, she’s pretty excited about it too. 🤗

BALANCE is our chance to slow things down a little. Movement, music, brilliant conversations, wellness and a day to enjoy with friends and family.

All while supporting local charities close to our hearts Ampthill vs Cancer 5K and We are Motionkind 💜

Davinia Taylor. Brandon Block. And plenty more happening throughout the day.

Sunday 20th September at Ampthill Great Park.
