I’ve finally taken the step and joined the NOWIE - The Network of Women in Events CIC community, something I’ve been meaning to do for quite some time.
The opportunity came about when I was invited to speak on a NOWIE webinar, sharing my experience around skills and knowledge within the events industry. It felt like the perfect moment to get involved, and I’m delighted to now be an official member.
I’m really looking forward to connecting, learning, and contributing as part of this inspiring community.

Bringing 250 scientific specialists from 22+ countries to Oxford last week for the Glymphatic and Brain Clearance Symposium was no small task - but an incredibly rewarding one.

From building the website and managing registrations, to overseeing the full budget, logistics, sponsorship, and speaker coordination… this event truly covered every aspect of international event delivery.

📩 Nearly 4,000 emails (and countless WhatsApp messages!) later, we welcomed a global audience to Keble College for a high-impact scientific programme, including abstract presentations, poster sessions, and early-career research awards.

The event reached full capacity over a month in advance, with 60+ people on the waiting list - a clear reflection of the demand and importance of this field.

Alongside the conference, we delivered four memorable social events across Oxford:
✨ VIP Speaker Dinner at Balliol College
✨ Drinks & Networking Reception at the Oxford University Museum of Natural History
✨ Conference Dinner at Keble College
✨ A final traditional pub gathering at The King’s Arms

A huge thank you to the organising committee and everyone involved in making this such a success.

We recently returned from a 5-day trip to Milan, where we managed logistics for 25 healthcare professionals attending the EHA Congress at the Allianz MiCo Milan Convention Centre.

We handled return airport transfers, hotel bookings, dinner reservations, and general enquiries.

Milan is a fantastic city with plenty to offer for large congresses, conferences, or incentive events.

We are just back from delivering a 3 day conference at Saint Just near Paris.

What a great option it was! An all inclusive, exclusive use conference centre, offering good standard accommodation and conference facilities, chefs choice breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets, pre dinner aperitif on the terrace each evening, games rooms and karaoke booths, bikes and an array of sporting activities for delegates to use in the mornings and evenings. All topped off by being set in the beautiful French countryside 40 minutes outside of Paris.

We have been reflecting on the events we’ve delivered since April 2023. We have visited various locations, worked with multiple venues and suppliers, and collaborated with industry professionals. We have organized incentive and recognition trips, training events, exhibitions, and conferences. Our clients come from diverse industries including automotive, technical, financial, mining, cybersecurity, and communications.
We provide clients with delegate, operations, venue, and logistics management services, as well as VIP executive handling.
Over the past two years, we have attended industry exhibitions and award ceremonies. Additionally, we have visited schools to discuss career opportunities in events.
