Last week I was catapulted out of my comfort zone when I got asked to do some DJ workshops for 70, Year 6 children at Churchfields Primary School.
Now I have survived, I can tell you that it was brilliant! The school wanted to give the Year 6’s a chance to do something different in their activity week.

I asked them to come up with their DJ names and riders and each of them had a go on the decks! Then some of them designed posters for me!

I got to the last day and realised I had forgotten to take pictures but I have a couple here I can share!

I now have a successful plan in place and can come to any school to deliver these sessions. If you are a teacher or teaching assistant please don’t hesitate to get it touch with me so we can work it out!

She did a great job for her first proper go! I tried to film her but it was not well received hahaha

The response has been amazing so far … thank you to everyone who has liked and shared my new venture.

I have already taken some bookings! 🎧

I want this to be available to all and have decided that I will teach anyone age 10 and over. As things progress over the next few weeks I will have gift vouchers available as I think it would make the perfect gift for lots of different people.

When I was young I learned to play the viola. Alas, I don’t have that skill anymore, but it set me up to have an understanding of how music is set out and how to listen and blend tracks together. I felt it was not cool to play the viola when I was 12 😂😂. I wish someone had bought me dj lessons for my birthday 😎

So my DBS check is in process. If you are a parent who wants to get massive brownie points for the coolest gift their kid ever got, drop me a message!

If you are a big kid at heart and want to be a dj when you grow up… (I still don’t know what I want to be when I grow up 🤭) it’s never too late to start a new hobby.

I am skilled in the areas of Teaching and DJ'ing and just lately I have combined the 2 and have been thoroughly enjoying passing my skills and knowledge onto others. So I have set up this venture to provide anyone who wishes to learn how to DJ, the opportunity to work with me on a 121 level.

Please drop me a message and we can book a lesson so you can start learning.

Also please share my new page with your friends and family. I'm currently setting up my website and will update you all soon.

This is just the beginning of something really exciting and a way that I can continue to bring the music to others.

I want to create more DJ monsters, also you will never need to queue up outside a nightclub again!!
