A little Wedding Bestie update 🤎

I’ve decided to take a break from this page for a while.

I started The Wedding Bestie because I genuinely love the wedding industry, supporting small businesses and helping suppliers with their socials. But if I’m being realistic, I’m putting a lot of time and energy into trying to build a business that currently isn’t making me any money.

At the same time, I’m doing my degree — something that means SO much to me and could genuinely shape my future and the career I want afterwards.

And right now, that has to come first. 📚🤎

I don’t want uni getting the leftover version of me because I’ve spent hours worrying about content, engagement, followers and trying to make a business work.

So Wedding Bestie isn’t disappearing forever. I’m just giving myself permission to put it down for a while and focus on what matters most to me right now.

Time to get my head in those books. 📚😂🤎

A little Wedding Bestie update 🤍

Things are starting to change around here… in a really good way.

I started Wedding Bestie wanting to create a supportive little corner of the wedding industry, but lately I’ve realised I can do a lot more than just create posts and get conversations going.

I want to actually get behind wedding businesses.

Helping with content when you’ve got no idea what to post. Getting a neglected Instagram moving again. Helping a new business find its feet. Giving an upcoming event more visibility. Making introductions and connecting suppliers who could genuinely work well together.

Basically, all those little things behind the scenes that are hard to keep on top of when you’re busy actually running your business 😂

And this week I get to put even more of that into practice 🤍
