Wooing a prospective client today with a selection of my light afternoon tea offering.

A delightful Light Tea for 4 people, and only a slight oops moment when the icing turned lavender, rather than white!

Rolling like a champ, I decided to do hydrangea inspired cupcakes 🧁

All worked out in the end, phew! 😌

Experimenting today on a sunny Sunday afternoon in the kitchen with a few tartlet recipes, soon to be added to our Afternoon Tea menu 🫖

Some were perfect, some need a bit of tweaking, and definitely bigger!

Creamy mushrooms with asparagus
Butternut, sweet potato and feta
