by paying your deposit to us you are agreeing that you have read and accept the terms and conditions and disclaimer setout below
DO’S and DON’TS
DO NOT wear fake tan or makeup when in the hot tub
DO NOT allow children in the hot tub unsupervised. DO NOT use the hot tub if the water is dirty
DO NOT use the hot tub whilst under the influence of Drugs or Alcohol
DO NOT use glasses of any description in the hot tub. DO NOT use the hot tub if you have an infectious disease. DO NOT enter the hot tub with clothes on, only wear suitable swimming attire. DO NOT enter the hot tub with footwear on or any other sharp objects. DO NOT allow animals near the hot tub
DO NOT dive or jump into the hot tub. DO NOT sit on the sides of the hot tub
DO NOT sit on the hot tub cover. DO NOT stand, sit or place anything on the pump
DO NOT use the hot tub if pregnant
DO NOT turn the hot tub off overnight; Only turn the hot tub off to clean the filter once a day. DO NOT under any circumstances try to move the hot tub once installed. DO NOT empty the hot tub to clean unless we have agreed as air locks will form and it will become unusable. DO NOT drain down the hot tub at all unless you have spoken to us and we have agreed. DO NOT remove suction fitting cover, this is to prevent risk of injury to body and/or hair entrapment
DO NOT operate the hot tub if the suction fitting(s) are broken or missing. The suction fittings in the hot tub are sized to match specific water flow created by the pump. Never exchange a suction fitting(s) with one rated less than the flow rate marked on the original suction fitting(s). DO NOT run the lay-z-spa massage whilst the cover is on as this may cause a vacuum. DO NOT smoke in or near hot tubs part tents or gazebos at any time
DO shower before and after entering the hot tub. DO put something down to wash or wipe your feet on before entering the hot tub. DO clean the filters as instructed. DO keep the water level topped up as instructed. Do not allow the water level to drop below the top of the filter
DO keep the thermal cover on when not in use. DO use the extra filters and chemicals provided as shown
when gazebo/marquee is not in use it must be zipped closed at all times this is to prevent access to animals ie cats /dogs /foxes ect it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that this is done at all times when on your property
The hire company or anybody associated with the hire company will not be held responsible for any damage injuries or death resulting from the use of our equipment We will also not be held responsible for any damage caused by any of are equipment to you or anyone else using the equipment or your property or neighbours property ie lawns / patios / decking / House / car ect
You must exercise caution to prevent unauthorised access to your hot tub. Ensure your hot tub cover is securely fastened when hot tub is not in use. There is NO GUARANTEE that the cover, actual lock or clip tie downs will prevent access to the hot tub
In the winter months if you have finished using the hot tub it needs to be left switched on to prevent freezing pipes. No more than 6 adults in the hot tub at any one time. Limit the time spent when using the hot tub since long exposures at warm temperatures and chemicals can cause skin rashes high body temperature. Symptoms may include dizziness, nausea, fainting, drowsiness, and reduced awareness, resulting in possible drowning. Prolonged immersion in a hot tub may be hazardous to your health the hot tub is not recommended for young children we recommend (16 years and over only)
hot tub water temperature should never exceed 104°F (40°C). Temperatures between 100°F (38°C) and 104°F (40°C) are considered safe for healthy adults for up to twenty minutes. For young children, 16 + lower water temperatures are recommended. Check with your doctor. Consult your physician before using the hot tub especially if you suffer from heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, a condition needing medical treatment, pregnant women, infants or the elderly. You will be shown how to maintain the water and keep it clear for pleasant bathing. If you do not follow our instructions and the water becomes dirty which in turn clogs up the heater pump then we will not be held responsible for the hot tub cutting out and not working correctly. If we are available and only if we are available we will come out to fix such issues at a fixed call out cost of £50 to you the customer. ( PARTY TENT/ GAZEBO HIRE )

NO SMOKING IN OR NEAR THE PARTY TENT / GAZEBO / HOT TUB
NO CATS / DOGS / ECT ALOUD IN OR NEAR PARTY TENT/GAZEBO OR HOT TUB AT ANY TIME
when hiring party tents /gazebos or hot tubs it is the customers responsibility to ensure that everything left in your possession and on your property is returned to us in the same condition as it was delivered to you please make sure that all equipment supplied by us is taken care of if there's any damage loss or theft to any of are property caused by you or third person or animal ie cat or dog will result in payment for the full amount of the item /items. from you the customer within 14 days of pickup date buy cash / PayPal failure to do so may result in legal action being taken to recover any loss to the hire company and its property
if electric heating is required we will offer it but you must be made aware that it is you the customers responsibility to ensure that it is not left unattended at any time and switched off when not in use and kept dry at all times and that the sides of the gazebo or canopy or anything else must not be beside it that may cause a fire hazard or damage to the hire companys property or its customers or their guests property or be a danger in any way
Dear customer
Please be aware before booking that weather can change at anytime before or during rental. and from time to time we may need to cancel your booking or remove the setup form your property for health and safety reasons ie very strong winds etc if you feel that this is the case when it is on your property it must be reported to us by you as soon as possible so it can be removed it May be removed by the customer with are permission or if we can not be contacted and you feel that its an emergency you the customer may take it down being carful not to hurt yourself or anyone else we take the safety of are customers very seriously this may be done on short notice if needed. all tents / gazebos will be tied down but this DOSE NOT GUARANTEE that it will not lift or move or cause damage or injury to you or your property or anyone else using it
When it rains, a risk emerges that water pile up on the roof of the tent / gazebo and causes the tent to collapse. It is your responsibility to keep the roof cover free of water. Be sure that it is fully extended and please remove standing water that builds up during rainfall.so that it doesn't cause any harm to you or anyone else using it and that it doesn't get damaged in any way
When it snows, a risk emerges that snow pile up on the roof of the tent. / gazebo Heavy snow may cause the tent to collapse. It is your responsibility to remove snow from the roof of the tent and save the tent from damage. ( T&C FOR COMPETITIONS / GIVEAWAYS )
we will attempt to contact you the winner by messenger to claim your prize. And also by asking you the winner to contact us to claim your prize on the day of the draw by a public post on Facebook. You the winner have 7 days from the date and time of the draw to contact us to claim your prize. If this is not done by the end of this period then the prize may be withdrawn and re- raffled or put towards another prize or competition witch ever we decide. ( REFUNDS )
it is the responsibility of the customer to insure that the ground is suitable for setup and that the setup will fit the ground that its to be set up on before deposit is paid as no refund will be given after payment of depositt is made We will only offer a full or part refund if its the fault of the hire company ie no setup or cancellation on are part witch may be done on short notice ie bad weather or broken equipment. When the equipment is on your property and working correctly at the time of setup it is then the customers responsibility and no refund will be made unless the customer can prove that its the hire company that's at fault. ( DEPOSIT )
a non refundable £100 + deposit is required depending on full cost of setup paid through bank transfer this is to hold your booking. When deposit is paid at time of booking it will not be returned as it is non refundable and the rest of the money is to be paid in cash on the day of setup we will only issue a refunded if we cannot make the appointment for setup you will not be refunded if you the customer cancel at anytime after paying your deposit. We will try to give as much notice as possible of are reson for us not attending but from time to time this is completely out of are control. ( DELIVERY & COLLECTION )
we will always aim to be with you on or before the estimated arrival time we give you but please keep in mind traffic and weather conditions may affect this. If we can not make delivery at all and its the hire companys fault you will be fully refunded. if we cannot make it for collection and its the fault of you the customer ie the hire company not being able to excess your property then you will be charged for any additional nights you have the equipment until its collected by the hire company
PARTY TENTS AND HOT TUBS MUST BE IN AN ENCLOSED BACK GARDEN AND CAN NOT BE SETUP ON FRONT GARDENS OR A PUBLIC STREET ETC
