Harriett is a birth & postnatal doula and a babywearing consultant, who will be sharing the benefits of babywearing, as well as the important of carrying safely.
Mums will be able to view different types of slings with an option to bring your own to try on with expert guidance and safety checks.

Come join us this Friday H A L W Y N 10 - 11.30am, where there will be delicious cake, hot coffees and great local mums waiting to meet you 🩷

Sometimes the best form of self-care is just sitting down with women who truly get it. Motherhood is a wild ride, but it gets a whole lot easier when you find your tribe, talk out the hard days, and remind each other that looking after yourself isn't selfish, it's necessary!
