Building relationships and creating connections 🤝🏾❤️
Recently, we had a lovely meeting with Jayne Bryant MS, Welsh Labour Member of the Senedd representing Newport and Islwyn.
We had the opportunity to share the Dúdú Heritage journey , the work we have been doing across our six pillars, what we are hearing from our communities and where we hope to go from here.
It was a really encouraging conversation about community, collaboration, building meaningful partnerships and making sure community voices are heard.

To the amazing Dúdú Heritage Team, this one's for you.

South Wales African Vibes 2.0 didn't run itself. Behind every smooth moment, every problem solved before anyone even noticed it was a volunteer giving their time, energy and heart to make this event happen.

You showed up early, stayed late, and worked quietly behind the scenes so everyone else could enjoy the night. That kind of dedication doesn't go unnoticed and it definitely doesn't go unappreciated.

Thank you for believing in this vision. Thank you for showing up for your culture and your community. Dúdú Heritage would not be what it is without you.
