After the NHS relived me of some of my wisdom teeth this week I’ve not felt up to doing much in the garden. But I’m feeling a bit brighter today so I’m going to attempt a few jobs on the list below ….

-Tie in tomatoes and remove the leaves below the flowers (anyone else love the smell of tomato plants?)
-Tie in Sweetpeas
-Remove forget me nots that have gone to seed and plant out the Nicotiana that the slugs 🐌 are feasting on 🙄
-Plant the last dahlia that I still have in a pot
-Cut some flower for the house obvs !

If I get all that done I’ll be delighted .

If I can put this together anyone can!!!!

The guys super helpful with sorting out the copper pipe parts and have a great range of pond pants to choose from .

What do you think to our little pond ?

I’ve had a few messages asking about easy low maintenance flowers for the garden so here is my first recommendation.

Cornflowers !

If you are scattering them this weekend in the garden they will need a little watering to germinate as it’s been so warm . But other than that just let them do their thing and enjoy lots of flowers over the summer 💙

Week 2/52
1. I Put up some new bird boxes. Little birds are nesting now so it’s the time to do it.
2. Sweetpeas seedlings that were planted last weekend now germinating they are so quick !
3. Christmas wreaths still going strong. Sarah loved hers so much it’s now inside ❤️
4. 3:30 on a Friday afternoon cleaning out the green house . It really was that dark 🫠
5. The most beautiful string brightening up a dull day.
6. Ranunculus soaking and getting ready for planting
7. Cornflowers seed babies 💙 not minding the cold in the greenhouse.
8. Beautiful garden salad . Adore the stripy beetroot and it’s so easy to grow
9. Gorgeous walk around Woburn Deer park - would highly recommend!
