Beef Bourguignon, Lasagne, Shepherd’s pie, slow cooked beef short ribs with BBQ glaze, partridge pie filling, curries, crumbles, cookies, sausage rolls, pumpkin and sweet potato soup, broccoli and Stilton soup and more…..
Keeping busy during the quieter season with drop offs and freezer fillers - one single drop was for 170 meals so it keeps me out of trouble!

Another busy one yesterday!

Another day, another dinner in a beautiful location.

A 5 course dinner menu, with amazing beef for the main course. The guests were an absolute joy to cook for - very interested in the food and the ingredients/produce and very complimentary 🥰 I’ve put just a few of their kind comments at the end.

On site and cooking at 6am, and worth it for this ‘office view’. The moat was frozen solid but it was the best, freshest kind of cold morning.

This morning was the works Full English, with yummy Bubble n Squeak. Throw in some freshly baked pastries , yoghurt parfaits, good coffee and away we go….. slowly 😆.
