Collection is available on request or we can deliver. We calculate our delivery prices based on order size and location. We are based in North Shields, Tyne & Wear. Our standard delivery rate is £3.50, however we can offer free delivery on orders over £100. Order Terms & Conditions

As a business we are so keen to keep our customer’s best interests at heart, so we do collaborate with other companies to create the best customer experience & provide the best event possible for you! Deposit & Payment Terms
A deposit is needed to secure any booking. Your deposit is non-refundable and will be a value of up to 30% of your total cost. The deposit will be deducted from your total balance & your remaining balance will be due to be paid 7 days before your event. Our preferred payment method is bank transfer or you can pay via cash by arrangement. Receipts are available upon request. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancelled bookings within a 14-day period of the event date are 100% Non-refundable and you will incur charges of 100% of the outstanding balance if this has not already been paid. For bookings cancelled 15-28 days prior to the event 50% of your outstanding balance is non-refundable and you will incur charges of 50% of the outstanding balance if this has not already been paid. For bookings cancelled 29 days prior to the event 25% of your outstanding balance is non-refundable and you will incur charges of 25% of the outstanding balance if this has not already been paid. We are happy to offer you the option to transfer your booking to a later date however subject to availability. Changes can be made to bookings however refunds are not available if you choose to decrease the size of your order within 14 days of your event. For exceptional circumstances leading to a cancellation, we will review each case individually and reserve the right to offer a part refund/no refund, if supplies have already been purchased for your order. We may cancel your booking at any time and without liability to the customer if;
•You do not pay the full balance stated 7 days prior to your event
•We are unable to provide services for reasons beyond our control, including Acts of God. Equipment Hire
Some of our displays require the hire of our equipment. We will arrange a convenient time to deliver & collect and we will consider this within your quotation. In the event of any equipment damage - We reserve the right to collect any damage costs. Product standards & Care
We always make sure our balloon displays are to the very highest of quality. We will never deliver balloons if they do not meet our high standards however, once the displays have left our possession, we hold no responsibility for replacing popped/damaged balloons. For outdoor party packages in summer months the hot weather can cause balloons to deflate at a faster rate than normal. Summarily, in winter balloons can deflate at a faster rate due to the cold weather. By ordering our displays you accept the risks associated for these balloons. Balloon Storage
Balloons should be stored at room temperature. Cold or hot temperatures can causes balloons to deflate at a faster rate. The helium inside foil balloons can compress in cold temperatures. So we advise leaving your balloons for half an hour at room temperature if they have been transported or stored in a cold location. All deposits & payments acknowledge the above Terms & Conditions.
