Over 2 days this week, we had the pleasure of catering for the team at IMS in Crewe, supporting their leadership days 🍕🌭

It was a great opportunity to help bring people together — because food has a habit of doing exactly that.

On ordinary office days, routines take over. People stick to desks, teams stay in familiar circles, and conversations often become all about the job. But when you bring people together around food, something shifts. Conversations happen. Informal catch-ups happen. Teams reconnect. Simple really.

A brilliant employee lunch today in Staffordshire, helping the team at Bilfinger celebrate one year since joining the group.

The team wanted a simple but memorable way to mark the occasion, so they treated staff to fresh pizza and cupcakes — always a strong combination!

A big thank you to Brittany for hosting us and making everything so straightforward. We cooked and served over 80 employees in just over an hour, using our compact portable street food setup.

And that’s the good thing about this kind of staff lunch: it really does not take much to make it happen. We only need an electric point, and our setup takes just 2.5m x 2.5m — with everything we need to cook and serve on-site.

So, if you appreciate your team, show it with street food.

Bektoberfest was something else 🎉🍺

Rebecca transformed her home into a full Bavarian beer hall — steins, lederhosen, live music, the lot — and our giant hot dogs went down an absolute storm.

Huge thanks to Rebecca and the whole crew for having us.

Our Cheesy Garlic Bread isn’t even on the menu… but sometimes we just can’t resist treating guests. Think: sourdough base, homemade garlic butter with garden rosemary & lemon, and a molten layer of Italian mozzarella. Pure cheesy, garlicky heaven 🤤

It’s the kind of off-menu magic that makes events unforgettable.

Meet the Pizza Final Boss.

A white pizza on a perfectly cooked sourdough base, brushed with my homemade garlic–rosemary butter (garlic, butter, rosemary from the garden, lemon juice, rock salt, cracked black pepper). No tomato—just pure, garlicky luxury.

Toppings:
• Tandoori chicken
• Red onion
• Jalapeños
• Fresh garden mint 🌿
• Finished with a drizzle of Turkish garlic mayo

Why it slaps: crisp sourdough, smoky tandoori, a little heat from the jalapeños, cooling mint, and that creamy garlicky finish.

Ridiculous—in the best way.

Rain tried to crash the party… we brought the sunshine (and the pizzas) inside. ☔️🍕

Huge thanks to for inviting us to their summer bash.

There was live music, face painting for the little ones, a cocktail bar, and plenty of great food. When the only two hours of rain in recent memory turned up, we fired up on the roof terrace and shuttled stacks of hot pizzas to the dining lounge—piping hot, cosy, and ready for residents to help themselves.

With us, your guests never have to brave the British weather alone. We’ll cook where we need to and bring the feast to you—warm, dry, and exactly when you need it.

Big shout-out to the brilliant Condor team—Joe, Jess and Zhenya 💙💛—for looking after everyone so well. 🙌

What a night!...

We had the absolute pleasure of cooking for Katie’s beautiful wedding last night at the stunning Thornbridge Hall near Bakewell.
Such a gorgeous venue, an incredible party atmosphere, and an even more wonderful couple!

🎉 April's 18th Birthday Bash 🍕

What a fantastic evening celebrating April's big 18th! 🥳 Over 40 friends and family gathered to mark this milestone at home, and we had the absolute pleasure of serving up our fresh, delicious pizzas for everyone.

A great crowd, an incredibly friendly family, and an atmosphere full of joy and laughter. Here’s April and her mum showing how it’s done at the pizza stand – absolute legends! 👩‍🍳❤️
