Thanks to Geoff Crolley for adding Sweet Afton Water Acoustic Music, The Map now has 300 UK Folk and Acoustic Music clubs and regular events, all checked and up to date with live web pages that you can check to see what's going on.

I'm sure there's plenty more that could be on there but thanks to everyone who has responded the call to refresh The Map which is now getting back to it's pre-Covid condition.

Next challenge is the Festival Layer, then Clubs and Festivals outside the UK.

Been about 2 years since we had our 6:00 to 8:00 music circles in Munros.
Our , so I was wondering if it was worth trying again but in a different meeting place, closer to me.
I was in the Working Men's Club last night and it's looking tremendous.

Would be going too far?

WE CANT KEEP PUSHING.....WITHOUT YOU!

For years, Mossgiel has been more than just a farm – it’s been a battle to build something sustainable and honest in an industry that doesn’t make it easy. We’ve faced setback after setback, but every time, we’ve found a way forward. And now, with only 10 days left to reach our true goal of £300,000, we’re calling on everyone who believes in what we’re doing to help us cross the finish line.

Back in 2015, the dairy industry was facing rock-bottom prices, and we were staring down bankruptcy. But instead of giving in, we took a different path, choosing to go fully organic and build something better. We knew it wouldn’t be easy, and there were nights it felt impossible, but it was the right choice for Mossgiel, and we committed to making it work.

In 2018, we joined forces with the co-operative to help keep independent farms like ours thriving. This partnership allowed us to brew milk not only from our own Mossgiel Girls but also from other organic farms that share our commitment to natural, sustainable dairy. To this day, we proudly work alongside the co-op, supporting a network of farmers who believe in doing dairy right.

When expansion became crucial, we found ourselves in need of funds with nowhere to turn. Rather than waiting around, we got resourceful – we built a dairy from old lorry bodies, piecing everything together ourselves to make Mossgiel milk more accessible to all of you.

Then, in 2019, when we couldn’t afford new brewing tanks, we found a way to adapt, crafting them out of old milk coolers to keep going.

Going plastic-free was another turning point. We were determined to eliminate single-use plastics from our farm, but no one wanted to back the idea financially. So we turned to you – our supporters – and thanks to your help, we’ve now saved nearly 26 million pieces of plastic.

Today, we’re ready to take Mossgiel even further with a dairy and milk brewery like no other, but to make it a reality, we need to reach £300,000. Thanks to everyone who has pledged and invested, we’ve hit the initial target of £100,000, but to secure the new dairy and reach our full potential, we need everyone who can to stand with us now.

Together, we’ve taken what seemed impossible and made it possible. We’re proud to be here – fighting for a future where farms are valued, our planet is protected, and dairy is sustainable. With just 10 days left, we’re calling on you to help us meet this goal. Whether it’s through an investment or simply sharing our story, every bit of support counts.
