Last night’s private dining for 14 guests — an elegant canapé reception to begin the evening in style.

A refined selection of handcrafted canapés, thoughtfully composed and beautifully presented to set the tone from the very first glass of champagne.

Golden nduja arancini with saffron emulsion and aged Parmesan.
Pressed lamb shoulder with feta and delicately pickled cucumber.
Silken smoked salmon mousse tartlets with dill and beetroot ketchup.
King prawn lettuce cups with red pesto Marie Rose and smoked paprika.
Pesto bruschetta with marinated heritage tomatoes and mozzarella.
Wild mushroom tartlets finished with truffle oil and shaved Parmesan.
