Art Fringe is back on Monday 14th September at 7pm 🕖. Join us if you want a relaxing creative evening in the centenary room of Monmouth Baptist church. It’s a welcoming space to meet new people and experiment with creativity. We will be looking at the wonderful work of Jackie Morris and turning our hand at watercolours.
