🎈Apologies to all customers that have already put orders in but from now on I’m going to have to ask for a deposit when placing an order 😓🎈

I really do understand how hard times are for people at the minute hence why I try my best where possible to keep my prices down as much as I can, but when I’m spending my time making up orders especially those that are personalised, that have been requested for a specific date and time for them not to turn up is really disheartening. Not only is it my time going into them, it’s the cost of materials etc. I fully understand that life can get in the way sometimes, things come up unexpectedly especially with children, but a simple message to rearrange wouldn’t go a miss. A no show tonight now means 3 personalised balloon stacks have gone to waste😫🤦🏻‍♀️

I have been inundated with orders for the Easter balloon stacks so apologies again but anyone that has placed an order could you please message me to arrange a date where you’re able to pay a deposit to secure your order as they will not be made until a deposit has been sent.
