Roo’s Balloonz is finally making a come back after nearly a year away due to Roo’s diagnosis of cerebal palsy and finding our feet through that time💕

Not only will balloon stacks etc be available again but there’s going to be a whole new list of personalised gifts for all occasions👀🤭
