How to care for your cake in this heat🥵…

🤚🏻ALWAYS carry your cake from the bottom when picking up the box

🚗If you’re travelling with it in a car make sure it’s on a flat surface WITH the air con on (ideally footwell) having windows open will not keep the cake cool.

🥶PLEASE store the cake in the fridge, and remove from the fridge at least 1 hour before cutting/eating. If you cut/eat a cake straight from the fridge it will be too firm and have a ‘dry’ texture. It’s best to have it around room temperature.

☀️Do not leave in direct sunlight as this will cause it to melt, possibly slip and will ruin the aesthetic of the cake.

If you follow all of these steps, your cake should be perfect🤩
