🎈We inflate all designs the day before the order is due to be delivered/collected. This is to account for any manufacturing issues that may arise so it gives us time to get your order ready.
🎈Balloons are not toys! As much as we love them, they are not to be played with and children shouldn’t be left unsupervised with any balloons.
🎈Balloons should NOT be l

eft in direct sunlight, garages, cars or in the bags we provide for transporting. This can affect the life and print of the balloon, and also increase the risk of popping.
🎈We will provide all clients with the best advice on how to take care of their balloons.
🎈Once balloons have been collected or delivered, we no longer hold responsibility for any popping, deflation etc.
🎈If you cancel within 24 hours 50% of the cost will be required.
