Big builds, early starts, and a full arena takeover 💪
Last Weekend we headed up to Glasgow at 3AM to deliver a 3 arena cheerleading event at the SEC. Providing everything from sound, lighting and video to live streaming, WiFi, power and presenters.

It’s another busy weekend on the road for the UKSS Live team as we deliver production across three major cheerleading events in the UK.

📍 Telford International Centre – Full production for the BCA Cheer & Dance
Two halls of competition supported by our team providing:
• Professional sound systems
• Stage lighting
• Video recording for judges review
• delayed playback for competitors
• Live-streaming for remote audiences
• Event IT networking infrastructure

📍 BP Pulse Live Arena (NEC). Supporting Legacy Cheer and Dance
Our team will be delivering:
• video recording for judges
• Delayed playback for competitors
• Live-stream production
• Dedicated event IT networks

📍 The Meadowbank Centre, Edinburgh – Production support for Incredibly Cool Events
Providing:
• Professional sound systems
• Event WiFi networks

🚚 New Hire Stock Has Landed!

We’ve just taken delivery of 4 x Kuzar K8 Truss Lifts — and they are absolute beasts 💪

Each lift can safely raise 300kg up to 6.5 metres, giving us even more flexibility for:

✔️ Large lighting trusses
✔️ LED video walls
✔️ PA hangs
✔️ Exhibition rigging
✔️ Conference production builds

For our cheerleading and dance events, this means faster builds, improved safety, and even more creative rigging options inside big venues like arenas and exhibition halls.

As always, we continue investing in high-quality, professional equipment to make sure our clients get reliable, safe and polished production every time.

Another busy weekend ahead for UKSS Live! 🎬

We’re heading to the International Conference Centre Wales to deliver full production for the BCA Cheer & Dance competition. It’s set to be a huge event with incredible performances across two exciting days.

At the same time, we’ll also be at the University of Birmingham on Saturday providing lighting and installing a large 16m x 4m star cloth backdrop for their Showcase event.

Two major venues. Two fantastic events. One busy team.
