It's easy to get caught up in the latest wedding trends, but remember, your wedding doesn't need to look like everyone else's.

The most memorable weddings are the ones that tell your story as a couple. Whether that's a relaxed celebration, a family-focused day, or a completely non-traditional wedding, choose details that feel authentic to you, not just what's popular on social media.

As an On-the-Day Coordinator, one of my favourite things is seeing couples embrace the elements that truly reflect who they are.

My role is to make sure those personal touches come together seamlessly, allowing you to enjoy the day you've worked so hard to create.

Because years from now, your guests won't remember whether you followed every trend, they'll remember how your wedding felt.

Booking your florist early gives you more choice and more flexibility in your final decision, rather than being limited due to time or availability.

If you're thinking of fresh flowers, seasonal flowers are often fresher, more sustainable, and better value for your budget, so don't be limited by an inspiration picture you've found. Let the florist guide you, they are the experts in what they do 🌷

When starting to plan your wedding book your key suppliers before focusing on the smaller details. Your venue, photographer and entertainment will often dictate many of the decisions that follow, so it makes sense to get those suppliers confirmed first.

You've invested so much time planning your wedding, but many couples forget one crucial thing. Who is actually running the day?

An on-the-day coordinator isn't there to take over your wedding. They're there to protect your experience of it.

From managing suppliers and timelines to solving unexpected issues before you even know about them, my role is simple; making sure you can be fully present for every moment.

Because after all the planning, you deserve to enjoy the day you've worked so hard to create.

One of the biggest misconceptions in weddings is thinking a planner and a coordinator do the same thing.. they don't!

If you love planning but want to actually enjoy your wedding day.. a coordinator is your best friend 🩷
