🚨 ATTENTION 🚨

Due to recent events we will now be requiring a 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit to secure your booking with us.

Since starting out we have trusted our clients and always received full payment on the day once our bookings have been completed (unlike most companies who ask for the full amount upfront).

Unfortunately this will now have to change.

A lot of work and planning goes into each of our party packages including preparation of party bundles, working out travel arrangements between events and most importantly - Sourcing and booking you the best performers possible for the job required.

The performers who attend these bookings have cleared their schedules and made themselves available for your special day to provide the best entertainment possible - Therefore, cancelling last minute or refusing payment after your event is complete is not acceptable!

We pride ourselves on hosting professional standard events and tailor each of our packages to make your day ‘out of this world’- All we ask is for your co-operation and response throughout this process.

We understand people become busy during day to day / work life and can’t be on hand to contact us regarding your event immediately or at all times (this is the same with us getting back to you) but all we ask is you remain in contact with us about your event when you can. If you decide you no longer want your booking or to proceed with the process, do let us know regardless!

Last minute cancellations or just lack of contact / letting us know what is going on mid conversation regarding your booking won’t be tolerated as we need to let our performers know what is going on so if they are not needed they can fulfil other work elsewhere or we as a company can offer other clients your time slot which has previously been reserved for you upon your package request.

We hope you can all understand and we hope to have lots of fun and party with you all soon, our heroes can’t wait!
