We bring to our UK guests the largest available Italian Wood Ovens on wheels and believe we have truly captured the essence of what we experienced all this years ago in Italy. Our Caputo dough is hand stretched and shaped to ensure the traditional Neapolitan pizza experience; a lightly singed , bubbled crust with a thin base that has just the right amount of exposure to our italian oven floor to allow you to fold for easy eating.
