Plum, peach, raspberry and cream — for Christie today 🤍

I’ve absolutely loved creating her bridal bouquet. The dahlias are still blooming so beautifully in the fields — can you believe it’s November? — and they’ve come together in the dreamiest mix of burgundy plum, vibrant raspberry, and those peachy-cream café au laits.

Christie wanted colour, but with the depth of autumn — and I think this captures that perfectly 🍂💫

(And for once I even filmed how I made it… I’ll share that when I get a moment to edit!)

I love these pieces so much — the broken arch and aisle meadows. They just bring everything together and frame you with nature, softness and romance as you say your vows. I honestly think nothing beats bringing the outside in for your ceremony.

Not to mention how they wow your guests and connect people — flowers doing what they do best.

These were for Sophie and Tom’s amazing day at the stunning this year, inside the ancient Cruck Barn — which was an absolute dream to flower up (as you can see me in my element!)

And I’ve not even got to the best part. Not only are these pieces wedding ceremony perfection, but they can be repurposed for your wedding breakfast, so you’re not spending extra or wasting any flowers — just making the most of every beautiful stem. 🌿

Please get in touch to discuss your wedding flowers. Both 2026 and 2027 are filling up fast.

Autumn abundance 🍂✨

I stole a little time today (amid the half term Halloween madness!) to create this piece from all the seasonal foliage and flora — everything that’s thriving right now. From fading hydrangeas to rich berries, autumn is so full of texture and tone. It’s a great time to snip your hydrangea for drying now too. Just as they are starting to deepen and crisp.

Anyone else also obsessed with ferns and bracken this year too? They’ve found their way into so many of my pieces. I love their shape, their texture, and how beautifully they dry. There’s an abundance out there still so take this as your official challenge to create your own autumnal floral piece using only what’s around you right now — it’s such a lovely way to connect with the season 🍁

I used a flower frog to build this piece (ask me if you want to know about these!) They can be a little fiddly but once you get to grips with them they do hold the stems in place and give that lovely, light cascade around the edges.

Go on, give your own autumn vase arrangement a go ☺️

Quite possibly the last bouquet of the year with Cheshire-grown dahlias.
They’ve bloomed their hearts out this season, I’m really going to miss them.

And yes, you nailed it… being a florist really is just the best. Creating connection and love through the language of flowers? Absolutely yes 🥰🫶🌿

❄️ WINTER WREATH PRE-ORDERS NOW OPEN ❄️

They’re still my Christmas wreaths, but this year I’m calling them Winter Wreaths — because so many of you tell me yours last for months, so I decided they should to be enjoyed earlier ☺️🌿

Each one created by me with lots of seasonal foliage, beautiful textures and my signature finishing touches — full of that rich, winter charm that feels right at home the moment November arrives. I have the most gorgeous cotton velvet ribbon this year too.

They’ll be ready for collection in Lymm from early November (or later of course if you prefer).
Pop me a message to pre-order and let me know when you’d like yours and any colours you may love. Orders book up fast.

🤍For Katie today 🤍

Katie’s bridal bouquet was a soulful autumn mixture of creamy roses and ivory soft florals, locally grown burgundy dahlias and scabiosa, white snowberries, and a pop of deep blue sea holly. The cascading eucalyptus and ivory chiffon ribbon giving it that all important extra movement and relaxed edge.

Wishing you both the most amazing day today at the gorgeous

It’s British Flowers Week this week, and I just had to share the gorgeousness from last weekend. I’m so focused on using as many locally grown flowers as possible, whilst ensuring your florals are absolutely perfect for you. Not only is it sustainable and environmentally friendly, it also heightens the connection and meaning behind the flowers, which is such an integral part of a wedding (I know I’m a tad biased but it’s true!)
