🫖 We catered Arthur’s parents’ wedding two years ago.
🫖 An absolute joy to be back cooking for the family again.
🫖 Za’atar Roast Chicken w/ Pommes Dauphinoises & roasted Autumn Roots for lunch.
🫖 Roasted Plum & Fig Pavlovas for pud.
🫖 Rare Beef & Horseradish, Egg & Chive & Smoked Salmon sandwiches for tea (crusts off, of course).

🇫🇷 In the late 1970’s my parents opened a deli on the cobbles in Lymington.
🇫🇷 My French stepfather Pierre was determined to bring delicious cheeses, hams, charcuterie & breads to the town.
🇫🇷 He also started Chambourcy and introduced yoghurt to the UK in the 1970’s.
🇫🇷 My 30 year old mum was up most mornings cooking a side of ham & beef, making delicious stuffed baguettes whilst managing two young children & four teenage stepchildren.
🇫🇷 We lived above the shop and when we went off to boarding school she let our rooms out for B&B, cooking early morning breakfast for her guests before opening up the shop for the day.
🇫🇷 It was a crazy, chaotic childhood - but never boring.
🇫🇷 Their unstoppable energy, passion for good food & joie de vivre was infectious and inspired us all in the kitchen and in life. Merci Maman et Papa xx
