Hi, I'm Layla! 🌸
My floral journey started 29 years ago with a big bouquet of love — my brother’s wedding flowers! What began as a one-off project turned into a full-blown obsession with blooms, beauty, and creativity.

Although I studied textiles at art college (three fabulous years of colour and fabric!), it was floristry that truly stole my heart. That passion led me to open my very own flower shop in the charming village of Brockenhurst in the New Forest — a magical little place where my natural, whimsical style found its perfect home.

Twice a year, I’d hop across to Belgium and Holland to hunt down the prettiest floral accessories, soaking in inspiration from cosy hotels and European flower markets. After six lovely years, life took a new turn — I swapped English countryside life for sunshine and sea in Tunisia with my husband.

For the past nine years, while raising our daughter, I’ve kept the floral flame alive — making festive wreaths for locals and running seasonal workshops. And now, I’m beyond excited to share my love of floristry online through my membership program.

Hello, I'm Layla, an experienced florist with a journey that began 27 years ago when I was entrusted with creating my brother's wedding flowers. This ignited a passion for floral design, leading me to explore this creative path further.

Having completed three years at art college, specializing in textiles, floristry wasn't initially on my professional radar. However, it opened up a whole new world for me. I eventually opened my own florist shop in the charming New Forest village of Brockenhurst, where my unique style found its perfect home.

Frequent trips to Belgium and Holland, twice a year, allowed me to source floral accessories and revel in the cozy charm of traditional hotels. After six successful years, I closed my business and embarked on a new chapter in Tunisia with my husband.

Over the past seven years, while caring for our daughter, I've continued to share my passion by creating Christmas wreaths for locals and hosting regular workshops. Now, I'm excited to teach the art of floral design through my online membership. Join me on this blooming journey! 🌺✨
