Guests enjoyed an evening of exceptional English sparkling wine paired with an incredible menu, with sabrage taking place throughout the event as they discovered more about each wine alongside the dishes served. 🥂

Raising a glass at 🥂

We were treated to some incredible wines at Sugrue for our Cellar Table with Mark Hix! 🍴

We tried three different English Sparkling Wines; Rock Story MV, Cuvée Boz Blanc de Blancs 2020, and (our personal recommendation) The Trouble with Dreams MV! 🍾
