October is ADHD Awareness Month, and here at Just Being Me Events Collective CIC, we want to help spread understanding, acceptance and inclusion. 🥰

ADHD can look different for everyone. It’s so much more than simply being distracted or “unable to sit still”.

For us, inclusion means creating spaces where children and young people can be themselves without judgement. 💜

Spaces where they can play, explore, make friends, take a break when they need to and feel accepted for who they are.

Because different isn’t less — and everyone deserves to belong. 🦋💜

We’re Rina & Gabi, sisters and the founders of Just Being Me Events Collective CIC. What started from our own personal experiences has grown into a community we’re incredibly proud of. 💜

We’re here to create welcoming, inclusive and judgement-free spaces where SEND children, young people and their families can come together, have fun, make connections and simply be themselves. 🦋

From SEND discos and SEND-oke to sensory sessions, soft play and more, everything we do is about community, connection and belonging.

We’ve been looking at the number of tickets booked for our SEND Soft Play & Sensory Session, and honestly… we’re overwhelmed! 😭💜

When we started planning this event, we hoped families would want to come along, but seeing so many of you booking tickets and sharing our event means SO much to us.

We genuinely cannot wait to meet the Bedford SEND community, put faces to names and welcome you all into a space where children can play, explore, have fun and just be themselves. 🥰

For us, it’s never just about putting on an event. It’s about creating something special for families — a place where you feel welcomed, understood and included. 💜

Today, we’re taking a little trip down memory lane! 🥹✨

From our very first SEND soft play sessions to the many events we’ve created since, we’ve made so many special memories along the way. 🥰

We’ve watched children laugh, play, explore and make new friends, while parents and carers have had the chance to connect with other families and simply enjoy watching their children be themselves. 💜

Our SEND soft play events have always been about more than just play — they’re about creating safe, welcoming and inclusive spaces where families can come together, make memories and feel like they truly belong.
