The reason why peace is a sign of a thoughtful life is because the person gives thought, reflects and considers what they allow into their life.

If you consistently allow contentious people, drama and disorganisational living into your life the result will not bring peace.

As I've gotten older I've realised the value of and I won't allow anyone or anything to ruin it.

My to you if you feel your life is stressful, noisy and unpeaceful is give thought to what you are allowing in your life ✨️ ♥️

One thing I'm not is a quitter 💯💪🏾🙏🏾 some of things I've had to endure during this contract really opened my eyes, made me stronger and if there is ever a next time I take on another contract of this kind I will be prepared! Lol!

A picture 📸 paints a thousand words...well at least for me...the housing block you are looking at the 3rd window...is where I was sexually abused by my dad for 5 years...from the age of 9 to 13 yrs old....I never thought I would survive such abuse yet here I am standing outside this block 37 years later an overcomer.. founder of Daughter Arise an organisation that supports survivors of promoting the afternoon tea event I'm hosting to encourage, raise awareness and hope and to educate people on the effects of this devastating childhood abuse.
