I was asked to take a few snaps of a Doggy Dip… so naturally, I jumped at the chance. Be Endurance Open Water Swimming, I had a fantastic time watching all the beautiful dogs enjoying the water, slightly jealous that on this occasion I couldn’t jump in (for obvious reasons).

I don’t often have pics taken of me, so luckily for you, I rarely post them.

This pic was taken in a Skate Park in Hereford, by a serving Soldier. I was intrigued as he used his camera phone led light to lift the shadows/wrinkles (clever technique).

So, here it is a quick pic of moi.

There’s nothing better than jumping into refreshing water especially at Luxborough Lakes. An amazing place for your all round heath, wellbeing and for loads of fun.

Pictured is my not so ‘little’ power house of a son, who plays 10 at Eton Manor RFC and is an all round athlete, and his work ethic is amazing.

I’m very pleased to introduce to you this cheeky little star… Douglas. I wish I could say he’s mine, but alas he is not.

As I pointed my camera 📸 directly at Douglas whilst he was chilling out in The Duke - Wanstead he did 2things, 1. grizzle 2. wink directly at me. I never seen a dog wink at me, however Douglas did this so well I thought I would share it.
