A little soggy but fuelled by grit and laughter, they powered through every race - digging deep, pushing limits, and leaving hesitation in their wake. Somewhere between the drizzle and determination, the noise of work deadlines faded, replaced by something louder: camaraderie, courage, and the clash of oars. ‼️ MISSING – Our whole office... ‼️The marketing team has struck again, pausing spreadsheets and strategy for a moment of madness! 💥After our June all-staff meeting, we couldn’t resist a quick reset. With a rummage through ourNarnia-sized prop box and some classic GOTO energy, we got the whole team on their feet - because connection, movement, and a burst of joy are just as vital as the to-do list. Here’s to kicking off a busy month with a reminder: a little play goes a long way 🎉🕺🪩

🌍 This World Environment Day, we’re celebrating action - green, hands-on, get-stuck-in action 🌍

Over the past year, we’ve watched teams swap laptops for trowels and meetings for meadows. The impact? Pretty incredible:

🐝 13,000+ solitary bees with a place to call home
🐦 2,000+ baby birds with safe shelters to hatch and grow
🌿 550+ green spaces designed and built from the ground up
🍄 And hundreds of teams prioritising their wellbeing and reconnecting with nature

This is teams choosing to do something real - with their hands, their time, and each other. We’ve been lucky to be part of it. And there’s more to come.

With an estimated 350,000 people in the UK struggling with homelessness, Sleep Pods are a compact, insulated and waterproof emergency solution. When temperatures drop to below freezing, they make a real difference to vulnerable lives.

Que our most recent team-building clients, taking to London Heathrow Marriott for one collective effort – building pods for those in need. With community at its core and real-world impact at its heart, this event doesn’t just feel good - it
does good. And that’s what makes it unforgettable. 👏

Each pod built has since been distributed to our charity partner to provide shelter to those sleeping rough on the streets.

Our latest Under Pressure Event was pure electricity from start to finish! Set against the picture-perfect cricket pitch of the Hilton Southampton - Utilita Bowl, our guests were treated to the best of both words - quintessential outdoor views paired with stunning indoor amenities.

With the sunshine beaming through the glass-fronted Media Centre, teams took on high-energy challenges, unpredictable twists, and fast-paced fun that had everyone on their feet. Racing the clock and strategising the next round, teams pushed their limits and loved every second. 💥

The pressure was ours. The victory was theirs!
