Private Drama Events is organising a week dedicated to fundraising for this charity close to our hearts. Inspired by our Director, Annie’s uncle, Adam Waugh, who is racing around the world in a 19ft self-built boat in their honour.

We’re bringing that same spirit of adventure and purpose into a week of fun, fundraising, and community.

An opulent celebration set within the historic walls of Kensington Palace - this private birthday party was anything but conventional.

Designed as a one-night-only cabaret experience, every element was curated to push the boundaries of imagination and indulgence.

Guests were met with a cast of extraordinary performers, from mirror dancers and silk artists, to foot jugglers, and even a flame-blowing trombonist.

Living paintings stepped out of gilded golden frames, a snake made an unexpected appearance, and original cabaret numbers were brought to life in bespoke, handcrafted costumes.

With immersive detail, daring talent and theatrical flair, it was an evening that blurred the lines between performance and party.

You’ve never seen a garden party like this...

A year in the making, this bespoke celebration brought together nature, design, and entertainment in the most exquisite way, all hosted at our private client’s stunning home in the Surrey countryside for 200 guests.

Two custom-built marquee experiences set the scene:

We’re officially past the half way point of 2025, and what a year it has been so far at PDE.

The last six months has taken us from the grandeur of the Natural History Museum to secret locations in Venice and Paris, with unforgettable events, creative planning sessions, and new experiences in the making.

We launched our second immersive murder mystery onboard the British Pullman, a Belmond Train, and continued exploring some of the most inspiring venues across the UK and Europe for our private clients.

Here’s to the rest of 2025, we can’t wait to share what’s next.

Adam and Nicola have been in Austria this week, deep in the breathtaking beauty of Inneralpbach, preparing for a very special opera concert for a private party.

After a peaceful morning stroll through the stunning mountain scenery, the afternoon was filled with rehearsals with a brilliant company of singers from the Mascarade Opera Studio in Florence.

As the sun dipped behind the peaks and the moonlit sky took over, the mountains came alive with extraordinary voices culminating in a well-deserved standing ovation.

We can’t imagine a more magical setting to experience an evening of music.
