FULL PLANNING

Here's what you can enjoy when you choose full planning:
A dedicated professional wedding planner to help you with your wedding plans from start to finish, so that you have more time to focus on family, work, social life and other aspects of wedding planning.

Regular face to face meetings and video calls through out the planning process, as well as unlimited email contact with Aimee, so you are always kept up to date.

Access to my little black book of the best suited suppliers for your wedding. Giving you peace of mind knowing that your suppliers are trusted and knowledgeable about their craft.

Assistance with the styling and design of your wedding to help bring your mood board to life. ​

Full on site wedding day management giving you both a stress free day that flows smoothly and seamlessly, so that you don’t have to worry about anything on your wedding day.

A full detailed breakdown of what it included in Full Planning service is provided following our consultation call.

The Full planning services includes all of the above but is not limited to these services.

Investment is 10% of your overall budget spend.
Minimum fee of £4,500 applies.

ON THE DAY COORDINATION

This service is for couples who have planned their wedding themselves, sourced all of their suppliers and just need help in the final few weeks to bring it all together.

In the run up to your day, you may begin to feel the pressure. You may be worried about timelines, suppliers and even the finer details. The on the day management service can ease those stresses and allow you to enjoy the build up to your wedding knowing that your wedding will be managed by a professional. This service would usually be booked 6 months in advance of your wedding date allowing us to finalise all details and make sure everything is ready for the big day.

This service is for you if:
You have planned your wedding and want to be able to hand your plans over to a professional who can expertly run the day for you so that you can enjoy the countdown to your wedding and the day itself.

Here's what you can enjoy when you choose On the Day Coordination:

A dedicated professional wedding planner to help you with finalising your wedding plans, so that you have more time to focus on enjoying the build up to your big day.

A site visit of the venue with Aimee so that we can all walk through all the wedding details together.
​
Management of all of your suppliers on the day and creation of a full wedding day schedule that will be signed off by yourselves and all suppliers involved. So that you can relax knowing everyone is on the same page.

Professional wedding planner and coordinator providing 10 hours on site wedding day management. Giving you both peace of mind knowing you can have a stress free day that flows smoothly and seamlessly so that you don't have to worry about anything on your wedding day.​

ASK ME EVERYTHING

'Ask Me'
This service is for couples wanting to plan their own wedding but feel they may need some advice or guidance along the way.
I will be your planning mentor, available to answer any queries, provide recommendations and ensure all bases are covered. Whether, for example, its help with a venue search, sourcing suppliers, wedding day timeline or budget guidance I can provide my professional knowledge, recommendations, and guidance to help. Best of all you can get the advice as little or as often as you need it and whenever you need it.

“Ask Me” runs as a pay as you plan service. You can hire me at any point of your wedding planning for as little as 1 hour up to 15 hours and you can use this time however you want.

By booking this service you are not tied to any of my current planning services.

The “Ask Me” service:
Is conducted over a Zoom call for a set amount of time (agreed in advance). You are in control of the topic of conversation.

Can be booked for a set amount of time and scheduled in advance. For example, book 6 hours and schedule 1 per month.

​Includes a follow up email after each session covering what was talked about and, if required, a PDF document with recommendations etc.

Wedding planners are a huge creative resource. They listen to your vision and dreams for your wedding and bring their creativity to the process to help your vision come alive.

When you pick a venue they often give you a "wedding coordinator" from the venue to help coordinate the day. This person is NOT the same as an independent planner. He or she is the venue's catering manager and their job is to make sure that everything having to do with the facilities runs smoothly. A good planner serves as a buffer in tricky relational situations. It's a known fact that it's impossible to make everyone happy when planning a wedding.
