Perfect conditions for a smashing 121 session with Elizabeth. Lots of progress with foundation skills and a nice consolidation paddle to finish padding the a 12'6 Sport. Well done 🤩

Catching up from this week a Busy Sunday starting with SUPfit and Social and a nice social paddle but also 10km personal goals for others. Then smashinh group on SUP Yoga with and finishing with an Intro session with Adam🙏 As the weather starts to cool down we continue the sessions but supply some nice warm wetsuits, tops and jackets along with great selection of boards that really make difference.

Summer not summer day 🙌☀️🙂 Great weather and group with Roger on a Intro to SUP session. After a foundation skills start and a coffee brake in the sun it was Polo time🙏. Pretty sure everyone had a bit of competion in them and got stuck into thegame. Well done everyone 💪

Busy Tuesday with afternoon Sportability and then a lovely evening paddle from Boroughbridge. Great group and nice to meet Bex on her way up to the GBSUP Windermere event.

Last of our sessions for the season 💙 Its been another great year delivering inclusive paddling at the lake and also on this river trip enjoying the lovely Yorkshire sunshine. We managed to see buzzards, kites , Herons and best of all a Kingfisher 🙌
Well done everyone miles of smiles acheived on a lovely paddle.
See you all next year 🤩
