Just a few of the glorious canapés from a recent "Alice in Wonderland" themed party ♠️♦️♣️♥️

1. Chicken coronation with mango salsa in a pastry basket. Finished with micro coriander, of course 😇

2. Truffle arancini with sweet chilli mayonnaise dip! Nothing beats these crispy delights 🔥

3. Salmon mousse with dill, served in a beautiful cone. These are such a fun way to serve canapés 🎊

4. Strawberry hearts with a teacup dip of white chocolate 🍓 ❤️

How wonderful is this wonderland?

We were delighted to be part of our client's "Alice in Wonderland" themed 21st birthday party. From the table displays and bunting, through to the canapés and drinks, this was true commitment to a theme... and that's the sign of a fabulously well planned party!

Our glorious bowl food!

There's nothing like being met with a beautiful tray of bowl food and it's event better when there's a choice. Here's our Moroccan lamb tagine with Couscous and Terriyaki glazed salmon on pea puree... which one would you pick first?

We LOVE to be involved in a wide variety of events and try to be as flexible as possible for our clients!

Last week we brought our pop up to a wonderful garden party, just outside of London.

Our Sourdough pizzas are extra special, not to mention chef ‘s awesome toppings (that rocket pesto is heaven).

Salads and desserts were also served in our usual Sissi Fabulous Food style 😎

It’s time to meet Yordan!

We are very lucky to have Yordan as part of the Sissi team.

He’s often seen with a cocktail shaker in hand and can mix up the most amazing creations.

Yordan isn’t afraid of hard work and recently he even helped one of our clients with a sudden leak in their kitchen ceiling during their event! Yordan to the rescue 🦸‍♂️

Yordan is always there for us and we can’t imagine running our events without him🍸

We’ve been involved in some brilliant BBQs recently so we wanted to shout about our BBQ menu! 📢

We’re talking...

- Argentinian rib-eye
- Moroccan spiced lamb rump kebabs (with a beautiful walnut and harissa dip)
- Lime and chilli tiger prawns
- Lemon, rosemary and garlic chicken drumsticks

As well as delicious veggie options and salads...

- Cauliflower wings with spicy Siracha honey glaze
- Roasted Aubergine, pomegranate and pine nut salad with yoghurt dressing
- Sissi’s superfood salad with lentils, avocado, toasted seeds, herbs!

Time to meet Victoria!

Just like her brother (Gregory) and mother (Sissi), Victoria has an innate affinity to organising wonderful parties 🎉

Having studied Mathematics she went on to work in finance, eventually finding that her true vocation lay in events.

Victoria trained and gained invaluable experience in the D&D London Hospitality group becoming their Sales & Events manager at the magnificent Royal Exchange 😎

With a keen eye for the finer details, Victoria plans all the elements in the run up to our events to ensure that they come together just as our clients want them to.
