It's always an honour to be involved in prestigious events with our wonderful clients.

Fortunately, Sissi also provides a fabulously personal touch by ensuring that our food and service are always of the highest quality.

At this delightful reception, we served cocktails and wine, as well as Tuna tataki with Matsuhisa Sauce, Parma ham in a ham clamper carved a la minute, and cascade of Parmesan cheese. Plus our feta and watermelon - perfect on hot days 🧡

Bowl food you won't be able to resist!

We served these bowls at a recent event and we couldn't believe how quickly the trays were emptied.

The dish at the bottom of the photo is our Terriyaki glazed salmon on the freshest pea puree.

The dish at the top is our Moroccan lamb tagine atop our fluffy seasoned couscous.

Which one would you pick first? 🤔

It's been a thirst quenching day, that's for sure! So here's some cooling favourites and a reminder that hydration is key 😉 📸

1. Delight in our alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails... including the beautifully pink Grapefruit Paloma 🌸

2. The fresh crunch of our signature crudités basket never gets old and it's a staple for any party during temperatures like these ☀️

3. Juicy and plump king prawns served with zingy guacamole. These are so refreshing that some guests can't resist gobbling more than one at once! 🍤🍤

4. The outdoor bar. Absolutely critical on days like these. As we said, hydration is key, so we always ensure our drinks are chilled and the bar is well-stocked 🍾🍸🥂🍺

These are pure sunshine. Our hummus zucchini rolls are finished with bright sparkly jewels of pomegranate making them the perfect summer bite ☀️💎

Just a few of the glorious canapés from a recent "Alice in Wonderland" themed party ♠️♦️♣️♥️

1. Chicken coronation with mango salsa in a pastry basket. Finished with micro coriander, of course 😇

2. Truffle arancini with sweet chilli mayonnaise dip! Nothing beats these crispy delights 🔥

3. Salmon mousse with dill, served in a beautiful cone. These are such a fun way to serve canapés 🎊

4. Strawberry hearts with a teacup dip of white chocolate 🍓 ❤️

How wonderful is this wonderland?

We were delighted to be part of our client's "Alice in Wonderland" themed 21st birthday party. From the table displays and bunting, through to the canapés and drinks, this was true commitment to a theme... and that's the sign of a fabulously well planned party!
