--> Delightful Tuna Crudo with avo mousse, pomegranate and our homemade lime dressing
--> Crunchy smoked chicken, served with salsa roja and avocado in a taco basket

Followed by a beautiful family-style table featuring slow roasted salmon,

Over the years, we've built a business that holds true to its family roots (notice Gregory shaking the cocktails, with Sissi and Victoria greeting our guests) and yet we also embrace even more fabulous team members who we trust deeply (you'll probably all know Yordan by now).

This year, we're here for all of your catering needs... from birthday parties, evening soirées and anniversary celebrations, to networking events, corporate breakfasts and celebratory lunches! Îles flottantes, also known as floating island, is almost magical.

A notoriously difficult dessert to get right, it's a challenge our chefs love and, with some Sissi secrets, they always turn out perfectly 🥰

If you haven't tried one before, they're essentially a soft meringue, baked in a bain-marie served with crème anglaise, finished we caramel shards!
