Really happy to now officially be judging for Great Taste with . I’ve always looked out for the labels when shopping, so it feels quite surreal to now be part of the judging process myself. It’s been really fun, interesting and exciting! Also lovely people 🥸 that I’m meeting during the judging sessions.

We booked an olive oil tasting, and when .holaolive found out I was an olive oil sommelier, he casually brought out most of his oils for us to try. Heaven, basically.

Such a lovely experience, and one I’d highly recommend to anyone looking to try something a little different.

I came away with a few delicious olive oil pairing ideas that I can’t wait to bring to your events.

Fun Tuesday this week. A great book by on the train down to London, then straight to our gracious host into tasting mode. Plenty of olive oils tried and tested, with and without food, alongside some of my new sommelier friends. .edelstein

Chef toque on, naturally, getting everyone to taste the oils with different pairings. It always fun to see how different oils behave on different foods.

Another little glimpse of a day I won’t forget. Looking at this reel, you’d think the whole wedding took place in the kitchen… which makes sense, because that’s where I spent most of it and clearly forgot to film anywhere else.

There’s something special about feeding people on days like this. The laughter, the chaos, the full plates, the second helpings, the happy faces in between. It’s always a privilege to be part of moments people will remember for life.

Very grateful to the lovely couple for trusting me with their favourite people, their big day, and everyone’s appetite. No pressure at all. ✨🤍

What a beautiful evening at , filled with colour, warmth, and so much love around the table. Thank you for showing up, showing love, and emptying the plates. All proceeds are going to . To those who couldn’t make it but sent messages, support, and love from afar, I felt every bit of it.

This was about more than food. It was about community, Lebanon, and bringing people together in the hope of brighter days ahead.

And if I’ve forgotten to tag anyone, please forgive me, Instagram limits it and I’m also currently running on fumes, leftover olives and pure vibes. 🤍
