🎷Fancy a live band?
Your venue may not be suitable for this so be sure to check in advance. Nothing worse than terrible acoustics 👀
📣Noise decimal/limiter
Depending on your venue, this can affect the standard levels DJs/musicians may be used to. And if a limiter is in place, you could be facing a continuous on/off of music. Not ideal 👀
🔌Sockets
Often overlooked for photobooths, which then requires last-minute placement changing 👀
🎤Mic/PA
Smaller guest list and space may be able to get away without one but not one to be missed 👀
🪑Chair/table set-up up and pack-down
Sometimes the venue accommodates, sometimes they don't! But before your florist/decorator can even start, they need the tables set. With the linen. And no, it doesn't automatically fall on the decorator - pre agree this first to avoid delays 👀
🎮Drones
Not all venues allow this. Some areas may also be private and not permitted to film 👀
🧊Ice
Providing your own bar? Check if venue provide ice. If not, check their freezer size to see how much ice it can accommodate before ordering 👀
