Hi everyone. If you don’t know me personally, My name is Marley. I started this business when I just turned eighteen and what started as a small business, turned into my full-time job which I will always be so grateful for.
I think the biggest thing that nobody talks about, when encouraging someone to start a business, is overexertion and the guilt that comes with that as soon as you start falling into a routine instead of trying to take any order that comes through.
As you are probably aware, Cloud Nine has been a little inactive for a few months now. This is because, due to me pushing myself too hard, I have not only pushed myself to burnout but have developed an allergy to latex from over exposure. It is truly the most devastating thing after pouring the last two and a half years into creating something I’m proud of.
From this point forwards, Cloud Nine Balloons will no longer be offering balloon displays (ironic, I know) as, as much as I love creating these, they cannot take precedence over my physical health. I will still be offering hire items and will be more than happy to recommend other companies for displays that I love and trust.
