This is an interesting topic for us! As we approach our 30th year in business we often look back on the time when "team building" was a serious topic and not the fun and frivolous activity it is today.
Before team building was about strengthening the team by building relationships, through trust building and support; by having shared goals and values; opening lines of communication and collaborating together. Now all and sundry offer fun "Team building" from baking to pottery painting and horse whispering to scuba diving!
