We’re looking for a fast-paced, reliable chef to join our team in Wallasey!

⏰ Hours:
• Friday: 9am – 3pm
• Saturday: 9am – 3pm
• Sunday: 9am – 6pm
(21 hours per week)

About the Role:
You’ll be working in a busy bistro kitchen, preparing food for both dine-in customers, takeaway orders and outside catering.We need someone who can stay cool under pressure, work quickly, and deliver consistently high-quality meals.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven kitchen/chef experience
• A sense of urgency and strong work ethic
• Reliability is a MUST
• No time wasters – serious applicants only

Wages:
To be discussed – based on experience and performance.

Little bit about us

Michelle James bought Rise & Grind in February 2020 (just before lockdown) she used her time wisely and created afternoon tea boxes and roast dinners and delivered them to those isolating.

From gluten free and bikini breakfasts to hearty roasts, breakfasts and tapas nights. Rise & Grind is looking to tempt customers of all tastes with its industrial-speakeasy vibe on Mill Lane.

Michelle said: "We wanted the evening menu to be modern, fun and casual with something for everyone. Tapas is the perfect menu, bringing people together to share food and drink wine.

"The menu has been designed so you can eat or just have a drink with us at any time of the day and we wanted to give our very supportive vegan customers.
