Standing in the face painting line at a festival or events and not knowing what you're going to get can be tricky for young kids.

As an adult I would probably freeze up and not know what to choose either.

So I have created a new visual menu with all my most popular designs to give them a little bit of an idea what to expect.

Of course all the designs can be adapted to your child's favourite colours... Or maybe they might want something else entirely and that's totally ok too. Requests are always welcome 🤗

But this just takes a little bit of the uncertainty out of their time in the line 🥰

Face Painting and Hot Weather... Do they go together?

Yes they absolutely do! 🌞

If you're planning an event or party this summer, 3 things you might want to consider when adding a face painter...

☀️ Can you provide adequate shade for both the artist and your guest... Face paints can melt in direct sunlight, not to mention the risk of burning for artists working and the people waiting in line. A 3x6m gazebo is your best option if indoor space isn't available.

🌊 Are you adding water activities to your event? It's glaringly obvious, but foam cannons, paddling pools and water slides spell disaster for water activated paint.

👩🏻‍🎤There are alternatives to face painting that you can swap to if the heat looks like it will bee a bit much. I offer water resistant face painting, waterproof glitter and temporary tattoos, full festival glitter bar, and festival henna body art.

So whatever the weather, there's an option that works so you can still enjoy the colour and the fun!
