From capturing candid moments to providing entertainment during lulls, it’s an ideal addition to any wedding. Here’s how to plan the perfect timeline with a photo booth included.

1. Before the Ceremony: Setup and Guest Arrival
Start your day with a smooth setup for your photo booth. If your ceremony is at a venue with a separate reception space (such as Hazel Gap Barn or Doddington Hall), the photo booth should be ready before your guests arrive. Have your provider set up early, so there’s no disruption during your pre-ceremony photos or vows.

💡 Pro Tip: Provide a timeline to your photo booth provider, ensuring they know when to arrive and when to be ready for guests. Sometimes it makes more sense for them to setup at a different time.
