What a day today has been!
Today we supported multiple events and gala days across multiple areas – something we absolutely love doing, but it was definitely a huge challenge for our whole team, and honestly? It wasn’t all plain sailing.
We hit a hurdle right from the start, when one of our vans wouldn’t get going. We had to move every single item and piece of equipment over to another vehicle as fast as we could, and this had a knock-on effect for the rest of the day. We made sure we attended every single booking we had agreed to – but we were unfortunately late arriving for a few of them. 🥺
Being on time is one of our biggest priorities, and we are truly sorry to anyone who had to wait for us today. We never set out to be late, and we know how important timing is when you’re planning a special occasion.
We know we aren’t perfect – we’re only human, just like you. Unexpected things come up, and sometimes we make mistakes. What matters most to us is that we learn from every experience, so we can keep improving what we do.
To every single one of our customers: thank you. Thank you so much for choosing us and trusting us to be part of your day. Your support means more to us than we can say. Again, we are sincerely sorry to anyone we let down today by being late.
One thing I will say, we welcome all reviews that reflect your experience with us – whether that’s good, bad or anything in between. Honest feedback helps us grow, and we never hide from problems. We take every comment seriously, work hard to resolve issues, and put plans in place to make sure the same things don’t happen again. I would rather potential customers see the real side of our business: we work hard, we care deeply, and we’re always learning.
