Venue season. How to book during October 2025 - March2026
Venue season is the hardest time of the year for us logistically, with 90% of customers booking party times 2-4PM.
During venue season we turn off online bookings, we do this so we can make sure we can meet every booking on time and we don't become double - triple booked, not only this if a customer books online and we can't make your party timings and you have paid deposit or in full online this then could take up to 14 days for your refund and we don't want this.
Before we take any new booking we check your party times & venue times, Location and the location from any other booking we have already taken, we don't just take bookings and hope we can make it on time. our bookings are done on a first booked bases and not on booking value.

Sorry we haven't posted for some time.
As 2025 out door season comes to an end, its been one of our busiest years and I would just like to take a moment to thank each and everyone of our customers for your continued support through 2025 and previous years without you we wouldn't be here.
Over the last 2 years BBCastle Hire have invested in around 20 - 30 new inflatables from themed bouncy castles, Mega slides, children's slides, Event inflatables & games and so much more. We have also invested in 2 new vans to make sure we continue to be the most reliable bouncy castle company in Leicestershire.
one of the reasons we haven't post for a little while is we have also moved into a new lock up, moving 60 or more inflatables is hard work and as taken us some time, making sure we have every inflatable in the correct place to make sure our staff have easy access to each and every one. and whilst juggling all this, We have been trying to have some family time, as during the summer months we don't have much time as a family.
We are still open and we continue to take bookings over the phone only during oct - March as this is what we call venue season. (New see new post about venue season)
