Delivery Day.
We have put together a few simple steps to help make your delivery hassle free. Over the last couple of weeks we have had instances were customers are still in bed, or they want to cut the grass before the inflatable is set up, or even say we booked for 11AM you're early.
All our outdoor garden hire delivery times are delivery any time from 7AM - 12Noon.
All our deliveries are put into postcode order and split between 3 vans, This way we can make all deliveries on time and get them delivered as fast as possible, If we delivered each job to the times booked, We would need 15 vans. We only deliver to set timings if your hire is in a venue. if your no awake or your garden isn't ready this puts us behind, And this as a knock on effect and make us late for the next customer, And the next customer could be you !!
BBcastle don't just take bookings and hope we can make your delivery, We watch every booking and each booking is carefully planned so we know 100% your booking will be delivered on time.
When booking with us, we send out emails, Conformation of booking, Delivery day, Terms and conditions & 5 days before delivery, We do everything we can to give every customer the information needed for a hassle free booking & Delivery. If the steps are not followed this could result in a non delivery or extra charges and lost time enjoying your inflatable,
