A little pocket of magic at The Three Horseshoes Country Inn & Spa ✨

From imaginative role play and a carefully curated range of toys to personalised wedding activity packs, this children’s setup was designed to keep young guests entertained, relaxed, and feeling just as special on the big day. They opted for 3 hours of childcare during the meal, so I could keep an eye on the little ones and help keep things safe & tidy whilst keeping them entertained with a range of toys and activities! 🫶🏻

For one sweet little guest, we created a calm children’s corner with a sensory tent—perfect for quiet play, comfort, and a little escape when the celebrations got busy. A thoughtful touch that made the day easier for parents, and more enjoyable for little ones. The children loved it, and enjoyed exploring the role play and toys we had to offer. 🥰

WE’RE HIRING ADHOC EVENT STAFF! (Perfect for anyone who loves flexible work and fun-filled days!) 🤍

Do you have a creative spark, a big smile, and a love for working with little ones? 🌈💛

We’re looking for amazing people to join us for occasional event work — think weddings, event childcare, evening childcare, pop-up crèches, play setups and more! Availability must include weekends, and some weekday evenings. Please note this is an occasional role, as and when needed for now, with the opportunity for more hours in the future.

The role includes-
👶 Wedding / event childcare & babysitting.
🎪 Setting up and running crèches and play spaces (sometimes solo, sometimes as a team.)
🧸 Creating beautiful play areas.
🚗 Visiting new venues & meeting new people along the way.

✨ What we’re looking for:
✔ Full DBS check.
✔ Level 2/3 childcare qualification.
✔ First Aid trained.
✔ Full driving licence.
✔ A fun personality + creative flare.

What a night we had on Thursday!🌙

From 5pm until bedtime we played it all — hide and seek, glow stick battles, domino house building, and endless car chases 🚗💨
Isaac loved his personalised box, especially the Spider-Man motorbike. 🕷️

After a few hours of running around the grounds, he was shattered, and mum put him to bed before heading back out to the dance floor. 🍾I then stayed in the room until midnight, listening out and keeping watch. 💤

This wedding was one of my favourites so far, the family were all so kind and welcoming, and the atmosphere was amazing. 🥂

From personalised activity packs to boxes filled with toys and goodies they’ll love, every detail is chosen to help them feel comfortable, happy, and settled while the adults enjoy the celebrations. 🥂

Ahhh just look at those smiles🥰. Oliver and his cousins were such a pleasure to look after. We had such a fun filled day from morning through to night.

We looked after everything: getting ready, mealtimes, story time, and even bedtime, so that the family could enjoy the celebration from start to finish. 💞

Our activity corner kept these little hands and minds busy with colouring, books, role play, building blocks and so much more – and those giggles say it all!

Smiles, giggles, and peace of mind for parents – that’s the beauty of wedding childcare. Congratulations again to Luke and Charlotte, it was a pleasure to be apart of your big day! 💞

🎬✨ Lights, snacks, playtime… ACTION! ✨🎬

We turned wedding childcare into a blockbuster experience with our movie night-themed crèche last weekend!

With a cosy corner, front row chairs, and plenty of snacks, the little ones had their own red carpet moment while the grown-ups relaxed in style. 🍿🎥🧸
