🎈Balloon Care & Damage Policy🎈
We take great pride in creating high-quality balloon displays and want them to look their best throughout your celebration. Balloons are delicate by nature, so we kindly ask that you read the following policy.
After Delivery & Installation
Once your balloons have been delivered, installed, or collected, responsibility for their care passes to the client. We will always ensure your display leaves us in excellent condition, but we cannot accept responsibility for damage that occurs afterwards.
Balloon Care
To help your balloons last as long as possible, please keep them away from:
* Sharp objects and rough surfaces
* Direct sunlight and excessive heat
* Strong winds, rain, or other adverse weather
* Pets and young children
* Open flames or heaters
Outdoor Displays
While we are happy to create outdoor balloon installations, outdoor conditions are unpredictable. Wind, rain, heat, and cold can all affect the appearance and lifespan of balloons. For this reason, we cannot guarantee outdoor displays or offer refunds or replacements for weather-related damage.
Accidental Damage
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or complimentary replacements for balloons that are popped, damaged, moved, or tampered with after delivery or installation. If we’re available, we’ll always do our best to help with repairs or replacements at a reasonable additional cost.
Rental Equipment
Any stands, frames, backdrops, or other hired equipment remain the property of our business. Clients are responsible for any loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear, and replacement or repair charges may apply.
Our Promise
We are committed to delivering every order in perfect condition and providing the highest level of service. If you believe there is an issue with your order at the time of delivery or installation, please let us know immediately so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Also when an order is placed a deposit will have to be made starting from £10 depending on how big the order is due to customers letting us down.
