OPEN DAY.
West Lancashire Cemetery, Crematorium & Memorial gardens.

"West Lancs Crem" / "Burscough Crem" - as we often hear it referred to, are having an open day tomorrow, Saturday 28th March.

This may not be the first place that you'd think of when you're considering taking a little trip out for a few hours. But why not? Surely, it's always worth thinking about?

Now for a little bit of straight talking -

Not many other crematoriums open their doors and welcome you to take a look around. They are never so open. Never so transparent. Others shroud themselves in secrecy. They make it scary. NOT this place.

West Lancashire Crematorium has an incredible team of professional, caring people who strive to provide you with the best service possible. A caring service. A dignified service. They care for the bereaved. They care for your loved ones.

Death isn't the first chosen topic of conversation, but it needs talking about. Death affects us all. Every single one of us.

Please go along if you have a spare hour.
It will be interesting and informative. The team are welcoming and friendly. They'll put you at ease. They'll answer your questions. They are all so lovely.

I think you'll be surprised at yourself.

The Country Florist is taking an unplanned break this weekend.
We will be closed today, Friday 20th March, and we will be back open on Monday 23rd March at 9am.

Well, we've really got to hand it to the Dutch.
have got to be one of the greatest, if not the greatest, tulips growers in the world. Coastulips is a partnership between five growers, who strive to produce a consistent top quality product.
They grow a supreme crop time and time again, year after year. Great colour. Great varieties. Strong, sturdy stems. Superb flower heads. Wow! 💗
We will have these fantastic tulips in the shop again next week. Coastulips are always a firm favourite of ours.
We simply love them! 🌷🌷🌷
