Minimal content from me today after a very busy day of back to back 1 to 1 sessions!

This was the ponies snoozing BEFORE their sessions… which is pretty much exactly how I’m feeling right about now 🤣😴

Such a lovely day though, with a bit of everything, pony pampering, riding lessons, plenty of bows and, of course, LOTS of glitter ✨💜

It’s been a busy, busy educational week at The Tiny Pony Parlour! 🐴💜

We started the week with a little trip out to Indigo Arts & Crafts, where the children learnt all about Shetland ponies, what makes them so special and how we care for our horses and ponies, with plenty of pony strokes along the way! 🥰

Then on Tuesday we welcomed another lovely group for our full morning Summer Camp ☀️🐴 We had grooming, riding, pony care, games and lots of hands-on pony fun!

We were also joined by our farrier, giving the children the chance to get up close and see exactly what happens when our ponies have their hooves trimmed and horses have their shoes fitted. Such a brilliant opportunity to learn about another really important part of keeping our ponies happy and healthy!

I absolutely love giving children the chance to learn about ponies in a fun, relaxed and hands on way 💜

Me, Maisie (Top Pony Parlour Helper 🫶) and the ponies headed out on a little educational trip this morning to visit a local summer holiday club, where the children learnt all about ponies, how to care for them and got to meet them up close. 🐴💜

Safe to say Foxy and Deli were a big hit 🥰

Not every child arrives ready to ride… Sometimes the biggest achievement is simply saying hello, picking up a brush or giving a pony their very first cuddle.

We always work at your child’s pace, because confidence can’t be rushed. 💜
